Sarathi Softech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Product Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of our specified technology stack while also eager to gain a deeper understanding of our product and its domain. The role requires not only technical expertise but also customer satisfaction and mentoring skills, as multiple clients have varying configurations and complexity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Expertise:
a. Developing and maintaining a product that uses Java, Spring, Hibernate, Restful Webservices, SQL, etc. technology.
b. Provide assistance in troubleshooting, optimizing, and resolving technical issues related to the product's functionality and performance.
c. In addition, ensure that best practices, secure coding standards, and code quality are adhered to.
2. Product & Domain Mastery:
a. Develop deep expertise in our product, its features, and the underlying technology.
b. Handle multiple client configurations, understanding their unique needs and complexities.
c. Continually keep up with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into the evolution of our products.
3. Team Mentorship:
a. Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to junior engineers and members of the team.
b. The role will include facilitating newly hired team members' understanding of the technology stack and product architecture of our company.
c. Ensure that the team operates in a collaborative and innovative manner.
4. Customer Interaction & Satisfaction:
a. Work closely with clients to understand their problems and support them on time with tailor-made solutions to meet their needs.
